About Me.
For the past 15 years I have been a strength and conditioning coach at the D1 level. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with incredible athletes including 41 athletes to play in the NFL, 63 MLB Draft picks, 19 of which played at the Major League level. I have also had the pleasure of working with 3 Olympians. I have worked with many sports including men's lacrosse, cheerleading, softball, pole vaulting, football, pistol, rifle, but I have spent the majority of my career working in baseball. I also interned at the world-famous Westside Barbell in Columbus, Ohio learning from the great Louie Simmons. In July 2024 my wife and I decided to move back home to Spearfish, South Dakota to be closer to family and to raise our family in the Black Hills.

During my time at Mount Marty College I played baseball as well as ran indoor track for the Lancers. Here is where I developed my love for strength and conditioning. After gradutating from MMC, I completed my Master's Degree in Athletic Coaching Education and began my career as in intern/volunteer graduate assistant for the WVU Mountaineers.
